Pratistha Gautam serves as the Communication Assistant at Karkhana Samuha.
Pratistha works across Karkhana Samuha’s communication functions, including strategic visibility, branding, social media, internal communication, and content development. She also plays a supporting role in the Naveenta project, where she leads the coordination of networking events, connecting girls from community schools in Kalaiya, Madhesh with role models in tech with a similar background, and supports the project’s workshops on digital safety and ethics, contributing to broader efforts toward gender inclusivity and safety in the technology sector.
Pratistha joined Karkhana Samuha as a Communication Intern in October 2025 and has since grown into a broader role within the team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
