Dipshana Dangol is a Learning Resource Designer at Karkhana Samuha. She designs and develops engaging learning materials that support play-based learning. Her work aims to create participatory and inclusive learning resources to make learning more accessible as well as meaningful for all learners. As a designer, she likes to create resources that will allow the learners to play, iterate, and learn through joyful exploration.
She holds a background in Development Studies from Kathmandu University. Before joining Karkhana Samuha, she worked as a Senior Children Program Officer, where she led the design, development, evaluation and implementation of Experiential Learning projects and Family Support activities.
Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting and spending time with her dog.
