Pooja Verma is a Community Mobilizer at Karkhana Samuha, working under Naveenta Project. She supports the implementation of STEM learning programs for adolescent girls in Madhesh Province, coordinating with schools, trainers and local communities to ensure smooth and meaningful learning experiences. Her work focuses on field coordination, logistics, monitoring and support to schools and students by managing networking and computer lab maintenance for digital education.
With over 12 years of experience working in the field of child and women awareness and rights, she has dedicated her career to promoting equality, protection, and empowerment at the grassroots level. Her journey has involved designing and implementing community-based programs, conducting awareness campaigns, and advocating for policy reforms that safeguard the rights of women and children
Outside of work,she enjoys traveling , exploring new adventures ,and spending time with family and friends.
