Mohan is a development professional with over 11 years of experience in human rights-based development and good governance. He specializes in education research, advocacy, and Nepal’s national education policy and programming, with strong experience in implementation, monitoring, resource mobilisation, and capacity building for CSOs and local governments.
Passionate about improving the lives of children and underserved communities, he leads policy advocacy initiatives and enjoys applying the Think, Make, Play, Improve (TMPI) approach in program implementation.Currently, he is the Program Manager of the Civil Society Empowerment for Accountable Education (CSE) Project and holds a Master’s degree in Social Science.
He has a deep interest in public education and accountability in the Asia-Pacific region. He enjoys trekking, swimming, and meaningfully engaging with children.
