Prapti is a Program Officer for Book Bus at Karkhana Samuha, where she supports the planning and implementation of youth engagement and skill-building workshops. She works closely with communities to organize outreach activities and coordinate events.
With over four years of experience in the education and child development space, she enjoys creating engaging environments where young people can learn, play, and express themselves. She is particularly interested in understanding behavior and supporting holistic development.
Before joining Karkhana Samuha, she worked as an Activity Coordinator, where she visited different rural areas and gained firsthand experience of the education system in diverse community contexts. This exposure deepened her understanding of ground realities in education and community development.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, which complements her work in the field
Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her indoor plants and exploring new baking creations.
