Overview
When a partner organization approached Karkhana Samuha, their challenge was clear: plans were in place, activities were moving forward, but learning was not informing decisions in real time. Teams were delivering outputs, yet struggled to reflect on what was working, what was not, and how to adapt along the way.
Karkhana Samuha worked closely with the team to introduce an adaptive, learning-centered approach grounded in Result-Based Management. Rather than treating monitoring as a reporting exercise, the focus shifted to clarifying intended outcomes and creating simple reflection moments within ongoing work. Through facilitated sessions and practical tools, the team began linking daily activities to broader goals and indicators.
