Bikash Sah is a Project Officer at Karkhana Samuha, working with the Naveenta Project. He supports the implementation of STEM learning programs for adolescent girls in Madhesh Province, coordinating with schools, trainers and local communities to ensure smooth and meaningful learning experiences. His work focuses on field coordination, logistics, monitoring and documenting stories of change that highlight the impact of digital education.
Before joining Karkhana Samuha, Bikash worked with the KS for U.S. Embassy Book Bus as a Project Consultant and Fellow, where he facilitated STEM-based workshops and reading sessions for students across Madhesh and Bagmati Provinces. He has also held youth leadership roles in NYCA, Leo District Council, Blood for Nepal and We For Change. He brings a background in Business Studies and Computer Science, along with strong experience in community engagement and program coordination.
Outside of work, Bikash enjoys exploring new technologies, participating in youth initiatives and contributing to projects that support education and community growth.
