With 7+ years of experience in this field, she focuses on designing and facilitating teacher workshops that help educators understand concepts deeply and apply them effectively in real classroom settings. Her work is driven by her strong interest in rural community and creating meaningful opportunities for underserved communities.
Nisha has a background in STEAM education through her past experience at Karkhana Private Limited. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Central Department of Tribhuvan University, which strengthens her community centered approach to education and teacher support.
