Praptee Shree Hamal is serving as the Human Resources Officer at KS, where she oversees core HR functions and works closely with teams across the organization to create an engaging, efficient, and people-centered workplace. Her work focuses on strengthening employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting systems that enable team members to do their best work. She is a graduate of Kathmandu University School of Management, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and an MBA with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Data Analytics. Throughout her academic journey, she was actively involved in club leadership, event management, and various extracurricular initiatives, experiences that shaped her collaborative approach and interest in organizational development.
Outside of work, Praptee is someone who finds joy in meaningful interactions, whether with people or animals. She enjoys playing basketball, exploring new places, and discovering opportunities to learn and connect
